So, this week I’m gonna introduce the rock music with U2, a famous band which for 10 years

has never ceased to amaze us.

I hope and I’m sure that you already have heard about this name.

U2 are an Irish rock band from Dublin, formed in 1976. The group consists of Bono, the singer. The Edge, guitarist but pianist too. Then Adam Clayton who played bass guitar. And finally, Larry Mullen Jr who played percussions and drums.

Since the 1980s, U2 has established itself as a major group on the world stage.

Popular for their lyrics and their live performances, the group have staged several ambitious tours over their career. We must know in the magazine of rock named “Rolling Stones”, U2 is ranked the 22nd on the list of the 100 greatest artists of all time.

For this band, social networks have been a precious help even if they had no trouble starting their careers. Especially in the 2010s, when the group wanted to modernize their music. Bono said that he wanted their music to reach more people of different generations. That’s why create their Instagram offical account. They started to announce on this platform, the planned concert, the album release dates, etc…
